Dosage & Directions

• Facial flushing: Take 2–3 sachets per day during symptom flare-ups, for the duration of symptoms.
• Menopausal heat sensations (hot flashes): Take 2 sachets per day for 3–6 months.
• Rosacea: Take 3 sachets per day for 2 weeks, then continue with 2 sachets per day for 2 months.
